Christen has been a part of the fitness industry for over 20 years. As an athlete, she has competed in sports such as swimming, Olympic Weightlifting, and as a NPC/INBA Figure Competitor. She has been a Certified Personal Traininer for over 10 years and has worked with clients of all ages and fitness backgrounds
The benefits of Strength Training (such as bone density, strength, lower body fat, heart health, stable blood sugars, stress relief, etc) cannot be underestimated and is the basis of her program with clients. She uses a well-rounded approach customized for each client based on your goals, current and past fitness background, limitations/injuries, etc. In person sessions are offered at Valley Strength and Fitness in Happy Valley, OR.
Along with Personal 1 on 1 Training sessions, Christen offers Online Customized workout programs for more advanced/independent clients, guidance with nutrition/macros, and cardio recommendations based on client's goals.
