How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

With many years experience as a trainer I put your safety first always. Much emphasis is put on proper form making sure you progress efficiently and safely as my client. Also, your workouts are customized specifically for you, no cookie cutter workouts here.

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

I do NOT charge extra for nutritional guidance, it is included in the training price. I help clients with nutrition that is best suited for them whether it is structured diet plan or macros.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

This can vary greatly depending on your experience, goals and budget. For the beginner, some bands and dumbells can get you started. For a serious lifter, a squat rack, bench, variety of weights is optimal.

What do your 1 hr sessions look like?

Strength training. During the sessions you will be using free weights, cables, machines, etc. Cardio and stretching program is recommended outside your training sessions depending on your goals, needsm etc.
